Do you deliver to my country?
Delivery is complimentary, with tracking and signature on delivery. For destinations outside the European Union, any duties, taxes and import-related charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient. As vicuña fibre is regulated under the CITES Convention, each shipment outside the European Union is assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the required export and import documentation before the order is confirmed.
How can I be sure it is genuine vicuña?
Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and physical provenance, guaranteeing the legal origin of the fibre.
Can I exchange or return my piece?
ou may exchange or return your piece within 30 days of receiving it, provided it has not been worn, remains in its original condition and includes the certificate of authenticity. Please email us at boutique@origenesarttextile.com with your order number; we will send you a prepaid return label.
Do you create made-to-measure pieces?
Yes, by appointment. A 50% deposit is required to begin making the piece. The actual colour or texture may vary slightly from the photograph due to camera reproduction and the subtle variations inherent in hand weaving. Your approval is required before work on the order begins.
Can I try on a piece before purchasing it?
Yes, in Paris, by private appointment. The exact address is provided when your appointment is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
ou can pay for your order by bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Where available, Klarna also allows you to pay for your purchase in instalments. The available payment methods are secure and are displayed at checkout.
